Updated Deposit Policy- Effective 3/21/20 and until further notice our cancellation policy has been modified to help our guests plan vacations during this uncertain time. A deposit equal to 30% of the cabin rental fee (minimum $300) is required to secure your reservation but we have made two changes so that no one will lose their deposit. First, the time to cancel with only a $25 service fee has been reduced from 60 days to 30 days. Second, if you cancel within the 30 days before your arrival and we do not rebook your cabin for the same time period then we will carry over your deposit for a future stay in this current year, 2021, or 2022. If we do rebook the cabin then you can choose to have your deposit carried over for a future stay or have it returned. We may modify this policy further as the situation changes around Minnesota and the country. Feel free to call us if you need immediate information or help at 218-365-4885.
